Kylie Minogue has an old buddy by her side as she gets ready for her forthcoming tour named Kiss Me Once – it is her stylist William Baker. The couple posed for a snap together, uploaded on the Instagram account of the singer earlier on Tuesday, kicking up their legs during rehearsals in London, UK.
William Baker was accredited with invigorating Kylie Minogue’s music career by putting her in the gold hotpants for her Spinning Around music video that earned the Australian sex symbol status across the world. The pair has been friends for around twenty years, with William working Kylie’s Showgirl Tour back in 1990s.
The duo went on their collaboration on Kylie Minogue’s style evolution as her career touch new highs. Often, Williams was Minogue’s plus one. They became very close when the singer was battling with breast cancer. That time, she told that he started as her stylist but today he is her friend, her gay husband.
In 2008, there were some problems in their relationship. That time, the insiders of the music industry marked his absence from the Aussie pop singer’s side. That time, Williams told that they did not fall out at each other. He was not at the Brits because he was touring with Westlife.
He added that he is still good friends with the Aussie singer. They are now getting ready for the European tour that is all set to start in Paris next month.
