Blask Eyes Peas’ Will.i.am and Cheryl reunion in X Factor
Cheryl Fernandez Versini, of the X Factor, all is set to have a reunion Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am on the brand new series of ITV1 show. Cheryl, the former Girls Aloud band member, has asked the The Voice judge to join her team as a guest judge as she takes young pop stars to the South of France.
An insider close to the former Girls Aloud singer, told that she is really expecting to have her friend Will.i.am as the guest judge. In the past, he has been a great mentor to her and she really values his opinion. Newly married Cheryl is mentoring the girls, and it is one of the strongest categories this series; therefore, she is going to have a really difficult job on her hands. She would really need the Black eyes Peas star with her.
Meanwhile, Will’s involvement in this show would put another huge question mark over his come back as a judge on The Voice, the popular BBC talent show. The record producer and songwriter/singer has made no secret of the fact that he does not agree with the way the program deals with its contestants as well as their future in the music industry.
An insider stated that one of the things that Will.I,Am has criticized The Voice for is that they do not go on to develop talent as much as he would like – but he sees those opportunities when it come to The X Factor. He added that this would be the 2nd time when he has performed on a Simon Cowell program after participating in Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals at the beginning of this year.
